You have possibility to track your order step by step, from the confirmation of order until shipment through the page ”Track order” on the website

How can I cancel or change my order ?

The order can be canceled completely by contacting us as long as the request is under processing and can not cancel the request after delivery to the shipping company

How can I return a product

You may return the product within one week after receiving it in the case you receive a product other than the one you requested; Also the package should be in good condition

How long will it take to get my package ?

For customers outside Marrakech ;You will receive the order no later than seven days from the date of confirmation of the request

What Shipping methods are available ?

The company provides shipping service inside Morocco through the Amana service. Customers from Marrakech can also come to the company’s exhibition and receive the order or request delivery service.

We confirm that we are working hard to provide all required products, but due to high orders during the bidding periods, there may be rare cases that lead to orders for products that have run out of quantities.  Nobalaa Company for Book reserves the right to cancel these requests in full (or in part for certain products in the request) as available. The amount of products not available will be returned via the payment method used during the purchase
